How to add multiple sets with different reps and weight?

SmartGym allows you to either add multiple sets from the iPhone app and/or from the Apple Watch app.

iPhone app:

  • Open the exercise you want to add multiple sets.
  • Tap Edit on the top right corner.
  • Setup your initial set. You can set the number of sets to 1 if you just want to do 1 set with that number of reps and weight.
  • Tap Add New Set.
  • Type the number of reps and weight for this specific set.
  • Repeat the last two steps as much as you need.
  • Tap Save when you're done.

Apple Watch app:

  • Open the exercise you want to add multiple sets.
  • Force Touch the exercise's screen then tap Edit.
  • Set the number of sets to 1 if you just want to do 1 set with that number of reps and weight.
  • Scroll down and tap Add New Set. (Tip: use your finger to scroll down the screen. If you use the Digital Crown it will change the values of the set.)
  • Type the number of reps and weight for this specific set.
  • Repeat the last two steps as much as you need.
  • Tap Save when you're done.
