How to add multiple sets with different reps and weight?
SmartGym allows you to either add multiple sets from the iPhone app and/or from the Apple Watch app.
iPhone app:
- Open the exercise you want to add multiple sets.
- Tap Edit on the top right corner.
- Setup your initial set. You can set the number of sets to 1 if you just want to do 1 set with that number of reps and weight.
- Tap Add New Set.
- Type the number of reps and weight for this specific set.
- Repeat the last two steps as much as you need.
- Tap Save when you're done.
Apple Watch app:
- Open the exercise you want to add multiple sets.
- Force Touch the exercise's screen then tap Edit.
- Set the number of sets to 1 if you just want to do 1 set with that number of reps and weight.
- Scroll down and tap Add New Set. (Tip: use your finger to scroll down the screen. If you use the Digital Crown it will change the values of the set.)
- Type the number of reps and weight for this specific set.
- Repeat the last two steps as much as you need.
- Tap Save when you're done.
