How to import a routine shared by a friend?
SmartGym makes it really easy to share a routine with a friend. If you want to learn how to do that, just take a look at this how-to.
After you receive the file from a friend, it's also easy to import it on SmartGym. We always recommend sharing routines via AirDrop if you’re nearby, or email if you’re not. It's by far, the easiest way to import the routine after you get it. Unfortunately, some apps make it really hard to import it.
Follow the steps below to import the file:
AirDrop:
- SmartGym will automatically open asking for your confirmation to import the routine. That's it! See how easy it was? Using AirDrop to share the file is by far the best way to do this.
Email:
- Open the email with the routine as the attachment.
- Tap the file.
- Choose SmartGym from that list.
- If you don't see SmartGym on that list, scroll horizontally on the section of apps, then tap More.
- Tap Edit on the top right corner.
- Add SmartGym to the list.
- Tap Done on the top right corner.
- Now tap SmartGym.
iMessage:
- Tap on your friend's profile picture at the top.
- Tap Info.
- Scroll down until you find the file.
- Tap the file.
- Tap the action/share button on the bottom left corner.
- Choose SmartGym from that list.
- If you don't see SmartGym on that list, scroll horizontally on the section of apps, then tap More.
- Tap Edit on the top right corner.
- Add SmartGym to the list.
- Tap Done on the top right corner.
- Now tap SmartGym.
WhatsApp:
- Tap on the file.
- Tap the action/share button on the top right corner.
- Choose SmartGym from that list.
- If you don't see SmartGym on that list, scroll horizontally on the section of apps, then tap More.
- Tap Edit on the top right corner.
- Add SmartGym to the list.
- Tap Done on the top right corner.
- Now tap SmartGym.
