Family Plan
SmartGym Family Plan uses Apple’s Family Sharing system. You can learn more about it on this support article from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201088
By subscribing to our Family Plan, each individual family member will get their own individual SmartGym Premium Account.
Here's how it works:
- Configure Apple's Family Sharing.
- The family organizer must be subscribed to the Family Plan and not the Individual Plan inside SmartGym.
- Make sure SmartGym's subscription is being shared on Apple's Family Sharing configuration.
- Ask family members to download SmartGym on their devices.
- SmartGym will automatically recognize the Family Plan on the family members device and prompt them to create their own SmartGym Premium Account.
- If for some reason this doesn't happen automatically, ask them to go to More > Restore Purchases.
