Family Plan

SmartGym Family Plan uses Apple’s Family Sharing system. You can learn more about it on this support article from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201088


By subscribing to our Family Plan, each individual family member will get their own individual SmartGym Premium Account.


Here's how it works:

  1. Configure Apple's Family Sharing.
  2. The family organizer must be subscribed to the Family Plan and not the Individual Plan inside SmartGym.
  3. Make sure SmartGym's subscription is being shared on Apple's Family Sharing configuration.
  4. Ask family members to download SmartGym on their devices.
  5. SmartGym will automatically recognize the Family Plan on the family members device and prompt them to create their own SmartGym Premium Account.
  6. If for some reason this doesn't happen automatically, ask them to go to More > Restore Purchases.
