How do I change the days on Smart Trainer Routines?

The "days" field inside the routine is just a label to guide you and organize it. It doesn't mean you need to do this routine precisely on this day.

If you want to change one day for another, then just tap "Edit" on the top right corner of the routine's screen, then change the day at the top.

If you want to change the number of days, for example, going from 2 days a week to 3 or 4 days a week, then you will need to create a new Smart Trainer workout.

When Smart Trainer creates your routines, it takes into account lots of different variables, including the number of days you have selected.

This means that changing the number of days will also change the routines entirely.

So, if you've already created your routines with Smart Trainer and want to change the number of days, you can archive or delete the current ones. Then, just create a new workout with Smart Trainer, selecting the new days you want.
