How to update Smart Trainer workout after changing my equipment selection

Smart Trainer does not replace any routines or exercises that have already been created. This means your existing routines will remain unchanged even if you update your equipment list. However, Smart Trainer will consider these changes for future updates and suggestions.

There are two ways to update everything immediately:

Replacing Exercises

Smart Trainer makes it easy to update exercises that use disabled equipment. Go to your routine, select the exercise you want to update, and tap Edit > Replace Exercise. The list will show only exercises that use the newly selected equipment.

Replacing Entire Workouts

If you want to create entirely new routines, go to the Routines tab and archive your current routines. Then, tap the "+" button at the top right corner of the screen and select "Create For Muscles." Smart Trainer will create all new routines for you, using the newly selected equipment.
