How to Create PPL Workouts Using Smart Trainer

What is PPL (Push-Pull-Legs)?

PPL stands for Push-Pull-Legs, a popular workout split designed to effectively organize your training routine into three categories:

  • Push: Includes exercises targeting chest, shoulders, and triceps (e.g., bench press, shoulder press).
  • Pull: Focuses on back, biceps, and rear shoulders (e.g., rows, pull-ups).
  • Legs: Targets leg muscles including quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves (e.g., squats, deadlifts).

PPL splits are versatile, promoting balanced muscle development, recovery, and strength.
