I subscribed to the wrong Premium Plan. What can I do?
If the plan you've subscribed to is lower than the plan you wanted to have subscribed, then you can just upgrade plans. Don't worry, if you choose the upgrade, Apple will immediately issue a refund of the prorated amount of your original subscription. Also, if your initial subscription was monthly, that you can upgrade to either a monthly plan or an yearly plan. But, if your initial subscription was yearly, then you need upgrade to the yearly plan as well.
If you subscribed to a top plan, but want to downgrade, then please get in touch with Apple Support. Due to privacy and security reasons, Apple is the one who handles all payment system. You actually paid them, not us. Only they have access to your payment information.
