How do I track my heart rate, calories and distance?

First make sure SmartGym has the right permissions to read your health data. To do so, please follow the steps below:

iOS 13 or later:

  • Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  • Tap the profile picture on the top right corner.
  • Tap Apps.
  • Tap SmartGym.
  • Tap Turn All Categories On.

iOS 12:

  • Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  • Tap Sources.
  • Tap SmartGym.
  • Tap Turn All Categories On.

After giving all permissions to SmartGym, just tap Start Workout on the main screen of the Apple Watch app.

It's really important that you *do not* use the Workout app together with SmartGym. Apple Watch only supports one active workout session at a time. Using both apps together may result in data loss and bad tracking.
