Apple Watch app keeps coming back. Won't close.

If SmartGym on your Apple Watch keeps coming back to the screen and won't close, then it means you still have an active workout session. To fix this, just tap on the top row inside SmartGym on your Watch, where it shows all your health data. Then scroll down and hit End.
